Soul Circles

From guiding inner-city high school students to executives at Fortune 500 companies, I’ve facilitated Soul Circles that have led many to dive deep within themselves throughout the years. They are a virtual ceremony I've been leading since 2018 allowing for a warm and welcoming container for beings to connect, first with themselves, then with each other.

The ceremony consists of guided pranayam breathwork, auric and energetic cleansing, and guided meditation. The meditations are truly soul activations that lead attendees on a visual journey in community with their spiritual teams.

Because I believe that conversation is the foundation for community healing, all Soul Circles close with time spent sharing about what came up for attendees during the meditation.
