Emotional freedom technique (EFT), often referred to as EFT tapping, is an alternative therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and other conditions. Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on energy hot spots to restore balance to your body’s energy. Maria Elena Perez – a Latina certified EFT/tapping practitioner, leadership coach, and speaker – will give us a crash course on how to properly tap our way through to better mental health and overall well-being.
