Chef Yadira Garcia, Happy Healthy Latina, will join us in diving into intentional eating for our body type while reclaiming and preserving our ancestral culinary traditions. You'll gain an understanding of how Ayurveda – one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems – can be incorporated into your daily life to help revolutionize the way you see and treat your mind, body, and spirit.
We'll conclude by making an easy, nourishing breakfast meal perfect for the spring and summer months! Details for the recipe and how you should prepare for the workshop will be sent a week ahead of the event.
